Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to feel confident ordering Elaris supplements. This policy outlines timelines, eligibility, and responsibilities on both sides. Carrier delays, customs holds, or payment disputes may add steps that we will communicate by email.

Cancellations before shipment

If you request cancellation before the parcel is tendered to a carrier, we will attempt to stop fulfillment and refund the product subtotal to your original payment method within five business days of confirmation. Shipping upgrades purchased at checkout may be non-refundable once logistics prepares labels.

Returns after delivery

Unopened bottles with intact seals may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery for a refund of the product price, excluding outbound shipping unless local law mandates otherwise. Opened dietary supplements are generally not eligible for return due to quality controls, unless the product is defective.

Condition requirements

Eligible returns must include all inserts, promotional materials shipped with the order, and the original outer packaging when possible. We may reduce refunds if components are missing or if the return shows signs of misuse unrelated to transit damage.

Refund timing and method

Approved refunds post to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional business days to display credits. If your payment account is closed, we may offer store credit or another reasonable settlement after identity verification.

Non-refundable items

Gift cards, digital receipts, or bundled accessories marked as final sale are excluded unless defective. Subscription renewals follow the cancellation windows communicated in the renewal notice email.

EU statutory withdrawal

Consumers residing in the European Union may have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU, subject to hygiene exceptions for sealed goods that were opened. Nothing in this policy limits those rights where they apply.
